Unique marks created as it passes through the kiln—such as glaze pooling, air bubbles, marks on the bottom foot, and iron spots—are preserved.

Direct fire cooking and dishwasher use

The enamel body can be placed directly over the heat of a gas stove or radiant cooktop to warm up, and it can be washed in a dishwasher. The lid cannot be used over direct heat or in a dishwasher.

Side handle that assists with moving

A handle is attached to the side of the body, allowing you to hold it stably when adding contents or moving it from over the heat to somewhere else.

You can choose between the 1L size S and the 1.5L size L according to the quantity you need.

A body that does not absorb odors or colors

Because it is made of 18-8 stainless steel, seasonings do not seep in, and the body is dishwasher-safe. The lid cannot be used in a dishwasher, so care for it by washing by hand.

A lid for refrigeration and freezing

Equipped with a polyethylene lid that withstands minus 25 degrees, freezer storage is possible. Since it is not completely airtight, keep it upright without laying it flat.

Fire-polished finish

It is finished with fire-polishing technology, which smooths the surface by heating it with fire.

Care standards to check before use

It can be placed in household dishwashers, but it cannot be used in commercial dishwashers, on direct flame, induction cooktops, ovens, or microwaves.
