A surface finishing method where powder coating material is electrostatically applied to a metal surface and then cured by baking with heat
A processing method that electrostatically adheres fine powder coating material instead of liquid paint to metal surfaces and then bakes it at high temperatures to form a hard film. Because it uses no organic solvents, it produces little odor during drying, and forms a thick, uniform coating film. It is widely used to finish steel furniture frames and storage cabinet doors.

The thickness and color across the entire surface are uniform, without the brush marks or runs typical of liquid paint. Depending on the coating formulation, it can achieve a variety of finishes, from smooth matte or semi-matte surfaces to sand-tone textures with a bumpy feel like grains of sand.
Use
It is primarily used for surface finishing on steel dining table legs, chair frames, modular shelving, cabinet steel doors, and more. It prevents metal from directly contacting air or moisture to resist corrosion, and reduces scratches from everyday friction.
Care
For stains, gently wipe with a soft cloth dampened with lukewarm water. If the coating film is severely scratched and the inner metal is exposed, rust may develop, so using steel wool or abrasive cleansers must be avoided.

- Liquid coating
- A coating where liquid paint is sprayed and dried; compared to powder coating, the film is thinner and run marks may remain.
