What kind of warranty do I receive if connections become loose or the tabletop warps while using a table or chair?

While using furniture, wobbling is first encountered at the leg joints, and deformation at the wide tabletop. BY HEYDEY divides warranty periods and handling methods according to the type of abnormality for table and chair items^[1][2]. Loose connections, where parts loosen during use, are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of product receipt^[3][4]. Because a technician tightens them through an on-site visit to your home, you can immediately request an inspection if wobbling is felt in daily life^[5][6]. Manufacturing defects where a tabletop warps or cracks on its own are resolved by exchange for 6 months^[7][8][9].

The points in time for items that must be checked immediately after delivery and items that should be observed while using are also clearly divided. Surface scratches, paint defects, and floor leveling mismatches must be checked on the day of receipt to receive free repair or exchange^[10][11]. Assembly defects between the tabletop and frame must be submitted within 7 days for free processing to be possible^[12][13]. Solid wood cracking or plywood bonding defects are eligible for exchange for up to 3 months^[14][15][16]. Because wood materials undergo a process of absorbing and releasing moisture depending on the indoor environment, it is good to closely observe the bonded areas or grain during the initial few months when seasons change.
