Can all NODA HORO enamel products be used on induction cooktops?

Pots and kettles can be placed directly on an induction cooktop, but multi-purpose bowls cannot be heated^[1][2]. Among NODA HORO's cookware, product lines that support induction (IH) heating are limited to pots and kettles^[3]. On the other hand, multi-purpose bowls used for mixing and storing ingredients cannot be used on induction cooktops, not to mention microwaves^[4]. Although enamel is a material made by coating a metal surface with glass, thin containers or containers with non-flat bottoms carry the risk of overheating or having their bottoms warp on the induction cooktop surface.

In fact, the LUKE two-handled pot 21cm model, which is stated to be induction-compatible, is manufactured based on a thick 1.6mm iron plate^[5]. It must have a thickness that does not easily lift at the bottom to gently absorb the strong heat of the induction cooktop and stably handle steamed or braised dishes^[6]. Even with the same enamel, you must check whether it is a pot solidly designed for heating, or a light container for prep and storage, before placing it on an induction cooktop.
