Is the delivery date significantly different for each item even though it's from the same store?
I ordered after seeing the same-day shipping notice, but I heard that some items take several weeks, so it is hard to understand what standard divides them.
In-stock items are shipped the same day if ordered before 11 AM, but wedge mule is made to order, taking 14-20 days.
The cutoff time is 11 AM. However, this time does not apply to all items. It only applies to items that are already in stock[1].
Therefore, if you order an in-stock item before 11 AM, it will ship immediately that day[2]. Delivery takes about 1 to 3 business days from the date payment is completed[3]. Because business days exclude weekends and public holidays, if you ordered late on a Friday, it effectively takes a few more days on the calendar.
Items made to order like wedge mule (ivory) follow a different calculation. It takes about 14 to 20 days just for production from the day the order is received[4]. Since made-to-order items are not taken out of pre-made inventory and shipped, but instead begin production after the order is confirmed, the time cannot be shortened by moving up the shipping cutoff time. If you have a specific date you need to wear them by, checking first whether there is a production period notice on the product page will immediately clarify which of the two paths it follows.
How many days are added for delivery after the production of made-to-order items is finished, and whether there are other made-to-order items besides wedge mule, have not yet been confirmed.
