MoiaMO-23

When looking at Moia's clothing descriptions, I often see mentions of adjusting with strings or banding; is this method actually used a lot?

Product descriptions for blouses and pants repeatedly mention adjusting the fit with strings or banding, so I wanted to check how recurring this feature is across the entire brand.

hmmm editorial answer

Among the 156 collected products, 22 products are confirmed to use strings or banding to adjust the fit of the clothing.

It is 22 out of 156 products. This is the number of items in Moia's product information stated to allow adjusting the clothing with strings or elastic bands[1].

It is used regardless of tops or bottoms. The breeze halter blouse (navy) is designed to adjust the fit by pulling and tying the string and adding banding to the back[2]. The wrinkle banding pants (beige) also wrap an elastic band around the waist and include a string so they can be tightened and worn[3].

Bands and strings complement each other's roles. If only an elastic band is used, it stretches to fit the body and is comfortable to wear, but it easily sags downward when moving while wearing it. When used together with a string, it maintains elasticity while being tied firmly at the desired point, keeping the garment from slipping down.
