The purchase was in 2021, and the full renewal was on 2024-05-08^[1][2]. The time in between is the story of this building. It is the first company building LOW CLASSIC has owned in the 14 years since starting the brand, and its name is Mirae Building^[3].

After acquiring the building, the crossroads was when to break ground. Instead of starting construction right away, LOW CLASSIC left the building empty for over a year while looking for someone to take charge of the remodeling, and handled space directing with Lee Hyein Design Studio^[4]. Even after opening, the work did not stop. The lounge, which was initially placed on the 1st floor, was moved to the 2nd floor because employees did not use it as much as expected and it was thought it could cause confusion by overlapping with the flow of store customers^[8]. They continuously adjusted the flow of movement while observing the reactions of the people using it^[9].
