How do the materials differ by area for the leather Combi option?
I saw the Combi configuration among the leather sofa options, and I would like to know clearly where natural leather and the alternative material are used on each part of the sofa.
Natural cowhide is used for the seat cushions and armrests where the body makes direct contact, and a synthetic material that reproduces the leather grain is placed alongside it in the backrest area.
The materials for the sitting surface and the leaning surface are different.
When you select the Combi option for BY HEYDEY's Concord Sofa leather model, semi-aniline full-grain cowhide is applied to the seat cushions and armrests, which touch the skin and experience frequent friction[1]. On the other hand, a PVC material that mimics the unique grain of semi-aniline leather is matched to the backrest area[2].
Instead of covering the entire sofa in natural leather, this configuration focuses natural cowhide only on the main areas that bear body weight and support hands to ensure durability.

It has not yet been confirmed whether the same PVC as the backrest is also applied to the back of the backrest or the bottom frame finish.
