A collaborative project between two brands

These pants were planned and produced together by HATCHINGROOM and Broken Umbrella Japan.

Washed corduroy fabric

Garment dyeing and multiple washing processes produced a faded color tone, with an appropriate thickness for wearing in chilly seasons.

Hardware finishes based on regular jeans

Based on the HATCHINGROOM regular jeans design, a YKK canton button, a zipper, and two rivet-finished pockets are applied to the front.

Corduroy and garment dyeing

Through garment dyeing and multiple washings on corduroy fabric of a good thickness for autumn and winter, naturally faded colors were created.

Silhouette planned through collaboration

In collaboration with Broken Umbrella Japan, the basic line that falls straight was established based on HATCHINGROOM regular jeans.

Metal trims and pocket finishing

YKK canton buttons, rivets, and a zipper are applied to the front, and the back pockets are finished with bar-tacks to prevent tearing.

Collaboration-based design

Based on HATCHINGROOM's existing regular jeans design, they were developed in collaboration with Broken Umbrella Japan. Collaboration details have been added to the comfortable basic pants structure.

Garment dyeing and washing

They were produced through garment dyeing and multiple washing processes. They present a subtly faded dark red hue as if time has naturally passed.

Corduroy for autumn and winter

A 100% cotton corduroy fabric of a thickness suitable for wearing in autumn and winter was used. They are great for reliable, comfortable wear even in chilly weather.

Band SURL collaboration design

Based on HATCHINGROOM's existing snow jeans, these were crafted with a camo pattern in collaboration with the band SURL.

Dyeing and washing finish

Through garment dyeing and multiple washing processes, they produce a naturally faded tone.

Waist and hem adjustment features

You can adjust the circumference with the waist drawstring, and adjust the leg width with the elastic string and stopper at the hem.

A camo pattern added through collaboration

Planned in collaboration with the band SURL, it applies a 100% cotton camo material based on the HATCHINGROOM Snow Jean.

Knee darts and adjustment features

Two darts are placed on the front of the knees to add volume. The waist drawstring and hem stoppers let you adjust the width and length to fit your body type.

Garment dyeing and wash processing

Undergoing multiple washes after garment dyeing creates natural variations in color and texture across each piece.

SURL collaboration label

As a collaboration product with the band SURL, a dedicated label is attached to the back pocket.

13.5 oz Cone Mills fabric

100% cotton 13.5 oz Cone Mills fabric highlighting a crinkle texture was used.

Curved wide fit

Based on the curved jeans, wide legs and flared curved lines that bow outward have been realized.

Cotton moleskin fabric

Underwent garment washing finishing to bring out a natural vintage texture.

M-65 design reinterpretation

Removed the back action pleats and applied narrow-width stitching to refine it into a modern impression.

Pocket and silhouette adjustment

Features four pockets on the front and a built-in hood, and the width can be adjusted with waist and hem drawstrings.

A concisely refined M-65

Based on the military M-65 field jacket, narrow-width stitching was used and back pleats were removed to give the exterior a calm, neat look.

Cotton moleskin and washing treatment

Garment washing was applied to cotton moleskin fabric with prominent texture to bring out a natural grain.

Hidden placket and custom-dyed buttons

A hidden placket was applied to cover the front closure buttons, along with specially ordered, custom-dyed buttons.

Garment-washed canvas cotton

Underwent a garment washing finish on 100% lightly brushed canvas cotton fabric. The subtle texture raised on the fabric surface looks natural.

Collar adjuster

An adjuster has been added to the collar area. Fastening it with the collar raised creates a high-neck style to block the wind.

Inside and outside pocket configuration

Features two front welt pockets, two dimensional flap pockets, and one interior pocket. It is suitable for dividing and storing belongings according to their size.

Washed canvas fabric

It uses a 100% cotton lightly brushed canvas material treated with garment washing, resulting in natural wrinkles and faded spots.

A collar that can be styled as a high neck

Equipped with an adjuster, the collar can be raised and secured to wrap around the neck.

Pockets placed on the front and inside

Storage is divided by placing two welt pockets and two three-dimensional flap pockets on the front, plus one pocket on the inside.
