For light night walks or active running, comfortable pants featuring an elastic waistband with an adjustable drawstring and cuffs that can hold the hem in place are ideal. I've narrowed it down to cotton sweatpants with hem stoppers to adjust the silhouette, as well as lightweight, breathable easy pants made of nylon and polyester materials.
