Does the delivery method change if I order the RABBIT STOOL together with other furniture?
It is easy to get confused because the delivery instructions differ when ordering the stool alone versus ordering it together with large furniture.
Based on the Seoul metropolitan area, the RABBIT STOOL is delivered by courier when ordered alone, but if purchased together with direct-delivery furniture, a dedicated driver will visit in person to deliver it.
If ordered alone, it arrives in a courier box, and if ordered with large furniture, a driver brings it.
VILLA RECORDS's RABBIT STOOL is an item that is shipped and delivered via a courier driver based on the Seoul metropolitan area [1]. Like the CLOUD STOOL, if ordered alone, it is packaged in a box and arrives at your door via regular courier [2].
However, if purchased together with a direct-delivery product where a dedicated driver visits in person, like the CURVED SIDE BOARD 1, the delivery method changes [3]. The stool is not sent separately via courier, but switches to direct delivery, where a dedicated driver loads it with the other furniture and hands it over in person [4]. If you are planning to bring in large furniture and a stool together, ordering them bundled at once can reduce the hassle of unpacking and organizing courier boxes multiple times.
Delivery criteria when ordering the RABBIT STOOL alone or as a combined purchase in areas outside the Seoul metropolitan area have not yet been confirmed.
