Can I take the SUEDE STUDDED BAG to a dry cleaner when it gets wet or stained?
When using the bag, if it gets caught in the rain or stained, you want to check the correct care method to see if it can be taken to a dry cleaner.
Both water washing and dry cleaning are not possible, so you must wipe off moisture with a soft cloth, dry it in the shade, and wipe it off with a dedicated cleaner.
The SUEDE STUDDED BAG from KHIHO cannot be washed in water or dry cleaned[1]. Going through general water washing or a dry cleaner's dry-cleaning solvents may damage the nap texture of the surface or distort the shape of the bag.
When rainwater touches the bag or it gets stained, you should remove moisture by tapping lightly with a soft, lint-free cloth[2][3]. If you rub strongly, the stain may penetrate deep into the suede, so it is better to tap lightly to absorb surface moisture. After removing moisture, dry it thoroughly in the shade away from direct sunlight, and gently tidy up any remaining stains using a dedicated cleaning product[4][5].
We have not yet confirmed whether anti-fouling or water-repellent sprays can be used on suede fabric, or the specific recommended dedicated cleaner product line.
