There is a slight gap in the bottom frame of the Note dining chair, can I still sit on it as it is?
When placing the new chair on the floor, the user noticed that the tip of the leg is floating slightly and is wondering if it is okay to use.
There may be a manufacturing tolerance of 10–20mm in the lower frame, but when you actually sit down, the level aligns with your weight, so there is no problem with functionality and safety.
When placing a new chair on the floor, you first encounter a state where the tip of the leg floats slightly off the floor.
For JACKSON CHAMELEON's Note dining chair, a manufacturing tolerance of around 10–20mm can occur in the lower frame[1]. Even if the leg appears to be floating when the chair is empty, once a person sits and weight is applied, the frame settles into place and the level aligns[2]. Because it is designed to stably support the floor when seated, there is no issue with its functionality and safety[3].
If slight wobbling remains depending on the condition of the floor surface where it is placed, you can balance it by attaching pads to the bottom[4].

We have not yet confirmed whether the bottom attachment pads to compensate for wobbling are included as standard components.
