Why are the top and bottom width measurements different on the hand & leg warmer?

The dimensions are designed so that the wider side sits on the forearm or calf and the narrower side fits the wrist or ankle for a stable, close fit.
The top width is 11cm, and the bottom width is 9cm[1]. INSILENCE's hand & leg warmer has a total length specification of 26cm, and is a product made to be worn wrapped around both the hands and legs[2][3]. Arms and legs naturally taper and become narrower from the torso toward the extremities.
Wear it according to the direction. If you place the 11cm-wide top toward the forearm or calf and the 9cm bottom toward the wrist or ankle, slipping is reduced and it stays securely in place. You can wrap it around your hand to cover the back of your hand or pull it out from under the sleeve of an outer garment, and you can also place it on your leg to create natural folds over your shoes.
The ribbed fabric also aids in wearing. It is made to stretch flexibly by blending 89% Polyester, 7% Rayon, and 4% Polyurethane into a ribbed structure[4][5].
