When washing the beverage dispenser, can I detach the faucet attached at the bottom?
There are times when you may want to detach the parts to wipe every corner, worrying that residue might remain inside the faucet where drinks flow out.
The body and faucet should be washed as they are without detaching them, as there is a risk that parts may bend or break during the removal process.
While the top cap opens wide, the bottom faucet used for pouring drinks has a structure that cannot be detached from the body[1][2]. If you try to detach it by forcefully twisting the connection area, there is a risk that parts may bend or break[3].
Just because you cannot detach the faucet does not mean you cannot wash the inside. You can clean the inside of the tube by filling the container generously with lukewarm water or water mixed with neutral detergent, and then opening the lever to let the water pass through. For the faucet opening where drink residue can easily remain, gently inserting a thin cleaning brush to wipe it clean is sufficient.
In addition, since it is not a completely airtight container, if you lay the container on its side when drying it or storing drinks, contents may leak[4]. It is safe to manage it by keeping it standing upright on the floor while filling and discharging water.

Whether the glass body and faucet accessories are dishwasher safe has not yet been confirmed.
