2. 18-8 stainless steel and heat-resistant handles

   The body is made of 18-8 stainless steel, and the handles use phenolic resin that withstands up to 150°C.

3. Direct heat cooking and dishwasher support

   It supports direct heat cooking on gas and highlight cooktops, and can be cleaned in a dishwasher after use. It cannot be used on induction, in an oven, or in a microwave.
