No interfacing is used at all in the collar or front placket, offering a flexible fit, and it is finished with unbleached natural shell buttons that are carved by hand and given a matte finish.
Hand-dyeing by Amami Oshima craft artisans
After being sewn in a workshop with over 40 years of history, it was hand-dyed by skilled artisans at Kanai Kougei in Amami Oshima.
Spiral shoulders and barrel cuffs
The spiral shoulder structure with diagonal pleats on the back supports arm movements, and the cuff circumference can be adjusted with two buttons.
